As a Nurse Advisor, you deliver on the following duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for creating an annual training plan for Nurses, PSWs, and administrative teams Responsible for coordinating training of 3rd party providers Responsible for tracking completion of training for all staff Actively participate in presentations as a Nurse Advisor support person for potential new clients. Participate with the NC team to create quality control measures, programs, tracking, policies and procedures as requested and/or identified. Field calls from front line staff and/or administrative staff with respect to nursing questions or concerns and provide guidance.
Nurse Advisor Requirements

Resigistered nursing and in good standing with (CNO) Comfortable providing education, coaching, and support to both clients and caregivers Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Willingness to use your personal phone (with our secure phone system app installed) to protect client privacy and maintain professional communication standards
