Work Arrangement and Compensation

This is a part-time, on-call role compensated on a per-notarial-act basis. The Notary will work from their own office or home-based location. We will send clients directly to you based on location and availability. This arrangement offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn additional income.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Notary who is fluent in Ukrainian to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide notary services to clients, ensuring that all documents are executed accurately and in compliance with legal requirements. This role is crucial for supporting our diverse clientele, particularly those who prefer communication in Ukrainian.

Duties

Perform notarial acts including witnessing signatures, administering oaths, and certifying copies of documents. Review documents for completeness and accuracy before notarization. Maintain a log of all notarial acts performed. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the notarization process. Communicate effectively in both Ukrainian and English to facilitate client interactions.

Requirements

Must be a certified Notary Public in the Province of Ontario. Must have a notary seal. Must have a printer. Fluency in Ukrainian is a must. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed by clients.

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
