NOTARY - SUPERIOR REMUNERATION

Our business partner, a national real estate firm that has been operating for several years in Ontario and Alberta, has recently established itself in Quebec and is now serving the Montreal market. This employer is looking to hire a dynamic, resourceful notary with experience in residential real estate to meet the demands of the firm\'s clients, who provide a large volume of residential property acquisitions, sales and refinancing.

Unlike other notary positions in the residential real estate sector, this opportunity offers you great stability in terms of workload, and allows you to spread your workload over a schedule that rarely exceeds 35-40 hours/week. In addition, you will benefit from significant internal support (from the accounting department, for example) and from the expertise of the various team members. This employer is also recognized for its judicious use of information technology tools. Finally, the remuneration linked to the position is extremely interesting and could allow a junior notary, for example, to cross the $100K salary threshold.

We welcome entrepreneurial personalities, as well as professionals with their own practice who would like to join a larger structure while continuing to benefit from a great deal of autonomy.
