Notary - Commercial Real Estate, Montreal

Our client is a firm with a human dimension that is well known in the legal world. They are currently looking for a notary with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law to join their team of notaries and lawyers. On a daily basis, you will work on a variety of files. You will participate in the realization of files that stand out for their complexity. This is your chance to become a key player in this firm!

YOUR ROLE:

- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial properties;
- Provide legal expertise in real estate-related matters, particularly in the area of financing;
- Conduct title searches and arrange for security interests;
- Provide legal advice and be the contact person for all matters related to real estate law;
- Collaborate and negotiate closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally to the firm.

PREREQUISITE :

- Be a member of the Chambre des notaires for approximately 5 years;
- Tangible experience in real estate;
- Autonomy, team spirit and good customer service;
- Thoroughness, good priority management and organizational skills
