Hours:

Saturday and Sunday (0000 - 1200)

Pay Rate:

$19.10/Hr

Overtime Method:

Ontario Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Access control, property patrols, incident reporting, CCTV and fire panel monitoring, emergency response and customer service Maintain work flow to ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly tasks and assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner and forwarded to management Ensuring a safe and effective working environment by the proper use of all equipment and resources; maintain compliance with established health and safety policies and procedures Standing or sitting for long periods of times Greet tenants, clients and the general public Provide helpful guidance and assistances Sustain effective relationships with visitors, tenants and staff through courteous and respectful relations

Prerequisites:

Valid Ontario Security Guard license Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent/post-secondary diploma or degree Minimum 1 year security related experience preferred High level of customer service Knowledge of access control, CCTV, fire equipment and fire monitoring systems Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial, Municipal laws and bi-laws Position requires the ability to walk/stand/climb stairs for extended periods of time in all weather conditions Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Applicants who do not possess these certifications can opt into Paladin's Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Legally Authorized to Work in Canada
