Our client in the consumer goods space is looking to add a North American Sales Manager to their management team. Based in office in Cambridge, you would be responsible for leading Sales Agents, and a Sales Agency in B2B sales.You would be the lead Account Manager for large retail accounts and you will be creating and implementing strategy to maintain brand recognition and grow accounts.What our client is offering:

  • Overall company sales for the represented brand
  • Managing a sales team and agency in the US and Canada
  • Developing budgets and sales strategies to grow market share
  • Monthly reporting of performance and trends
  • Primary Account Manager for large in-house, retail accounts
  • Competitive analysis and product pricing
Job Requirements
  • Post-secondary education Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience managing sales of a consumer product that has seasonality
  • Ability to foster relationships
  • Willingness to learn and be hands in a small/medium size company
  • Ability to travel 20-30% September to November, and January to March
