Position Details

Nordic Ski Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers with products and purchases. This team is friendly and fun, with a passion for Nordic Ski gear. Duties:

To continually strive to exceed our customers expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best shop experience again and again. We put a big emphasis on providing excellent customer service.

Become familiar & confident with all products and knowledge regarding those products. Providing excellent customer service Ensure all products are stocked and kept neat and tidy Confidently completing daily cash outs

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in Nordic ski shop or Nordic ski related industry Previous cash handling experience necessary Demonstrate our core values around working together, customer loyalty, honesty and integrity Excellent communication skills and a logical approach to problem solving Strong customer service background Have a passion for winter sports
Wage:Wage depending on experience
