Job Title: Non-Residential Team Coordinator Hours: Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 9-5pm (may include occasional evenings/weekend hours) : This position is responsible for: \xc2\xb7 To assist Community Rehabilitation Managers with program management \xc2\xb7 Evaluation of staff on a regular basis (after 3-month probation and annually) \xc2\xb7 Monitoring programs to ensure they meet client needs and follow care standards \xc2\xb7 Scheduling one to one staff meeting \xc2\xb7 Schedule and chair individual service planning meetings for clients on a regular basis \xc2\xb7 Monitoring client documentation as required by Independent Counselling Enterprises policies \xc2\xb7 Liaison with guardians and other service providers as required \xc2\xb7 Other duties as required Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Post-secondary education in rehabilitation or related field required \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years experience in a community rehabilitation environment required \xc2\xb7 Advanced time management, organizational and effective interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently as well as be a team player required \xc2\xb7 Musthave a vehicle, valid drivers license with 3rd Party $2Million Liability Coverage \xc2\xb7 Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check required \xc2\xb7 Computer skills required Independent Counselling Enterprises (I.C.E.) has been in operation since 1986 and is a company that provides services to adults with disabilities and supports them as they achieve their goals.
