Do you have extensive knowledge and bookkeeping experience in the Non-Profit sector? Intrinsic Bookkeeping & Business Solutions (Intrinsic) is looking for someone with a passion for the Non-Profits to lead our Non-Profit bookkeeping team. This person will have extensive experience in all aspects of the Non-Profit world and will understand the nuances that make bookkeeping for this sector unique. The ideal candidate likes variety and working in a growing and changing environment. The position can be remote, in office at our location in Winnipeg or a mix of both.

Required skills and experience to be successful:

• Minimum of 10 years full-cycle bookkeeping experience, including year end preparation
• Minimum of 10 years Non-Profit bookkeeping experience
• Experience managing Financial Grant reporting
• Experience with issuing donation receipts
• Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting
• Experience with QBO / QuickBooks Desktop
• Experience with Dext / Hubdoc, an asset
• Experience managing GST/HST and PST
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented and accurate in task and completion
  
• Ability to work with, and improve, disorganized records
• Experience working in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, an asset

• Experience in a multi-client environment, an asset

• CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) designation, a strong asset
