Our well-respected client in Calgary is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their task-oriented team for a contract role.

As the Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer phone calls
  • Scheduling
  • Assist with coordination of meetings and events
  • Manage access cards
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Mail receiving and distribution
  • Ad hoc duties as requested
Requirements

Make a positive contribution as an Administrative Assistant with our client. The successful Administrative Assistant will possess the following:
  • 2+ years of Capital Markets experience
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Available to start immediately
