Night Shift - 4 day work week (4 x 10hr shifts); Sunday night thru Wednesday Night
No weekend work; overtime, if needed is on Fridays

Primary Responsibility:
To operate all equipment as per Work Instructions safely and responsibly
Tasks:
Inspect tubing for quality and defects
Assist Coating Technician as required
Maintain regular, good throughput
Complete paperwork completely and accurately
Operate coiler and tube cutting equipment
Package as per Final Packaging Matrix
Inform Team Leader and Quality Control if parts are nonconforming
Weigh scrap and record scrap data
Operate all equipment safely and responsibly
Operate all equipment as per Work Instructions
Understanding of reactions needed to the process for out of control parameters
Understanding the effects of non-conforming product and how to react to ensure that these parts are not shipped to the customer
Housekeeping
Perform daily Crane inspections and record
Ensure compliance to TS16949
All other duties as requested by Team Leader
Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent verbal/written English skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Good computer skills
Ability to troubleshoot
ExperienceKnowledge:
One year experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in Automotive
Knowledge of Quality standards - ISO-9001/TS 16949
