Job Description

What You'll Do:

Oversee and manage the stores night shift operations, including the fresh side, to ensure safety and security. Perform key operational duties with your employees including putting up the orders, stocking shelves and building displays. Face, merchandise and reorganize displaced items to ensure the store is in customer ready condition. Complete night-time temperature and alarm checks. Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service. Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience. Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules. Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees. Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.


Previous experience in a retail environment.


Available to work overnights during the week and on weekends.


Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.


Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.


Excellent organization and communicationskills.


Food Handlers certificate is a plus.

Salary Range:

$52,000.00 - $66,815.20
