As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Evening Shift Manager to help us maintain our high standards during our evening shifts at our new location.

Responsibilities:

Shift Management:

Oversee and manage evening shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the dinner time team, including servers, cooks, and support staff.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Quality Control:

Maintain food quality, presentation, and safety standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for the evening shift.

Training:

Train and onboard new staff members, ensuring they understand our procedures and customer service expectations.

Problem Solving:

Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the shift, seeking solutions to minimize disruptions.

Scheduling:

Create and manage flexible schedules for evening shifts to accommodate staff availability.

Direct Collaboration:

Work closely with the Store Manager to execute restaurant strategies and achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-food management role is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Fluent written and spoken English is a must.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. High standards for quality and customer service. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus. Enthusiasm for the food and hospitality industry.
