Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, utilizing various security systems and protocols to maintain a secure environment.

Duties

Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to suspicious activities or incidents. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security compliance. Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter potential threats. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary. Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in daily reports for review by management. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for loss prevention and risk management. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees while maintaining security protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable. Strong observational skills and attention to detail are essential for identifying potential security risks. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration with team members.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
