Note that this position is set hours Wednesday to Sunday 3:15pm to 11:15pm including holidays.

Vacation time does apply for days off.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the store run smoothly, maintaining high standards of performance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during the night shift to ensure efficient operations. Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to optimize profitability. Utilize POS systems to track sales and manage transactions effectively. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to promote a high level of customer service. Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies that drive sales during evening hours.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and financial reporting. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development. Proficient in using POS systems and other retail management software. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
