Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team at East Side Mario\'s. As an Evening Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our restaurant, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Replenish supplies, such as paper towels and soap, in restrooms and other designated areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas.
• Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
