We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Bartender/Night Supervisor

to oversee operations at our bustling bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the food and beverage industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or hotel settings is highly valued, along with familiarity with food preparation, cooking, and POS systems.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all bar and restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to meet safety standards Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed Ensure compliance with AGCO regulations, health regulations and food safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests Monitor customer service quality to enhance guest satisfaction Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong background in food service, including some food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices Experience with POS systems Demonstrated leadership skills with team management and staff development experience Previous restaurant management or hotel experience is preferred Knowledge of the food industry trends and hospitality standards Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling regulations, and customer service excellence is essential
