We're looking for a dependable and motivated Night Time Supervisor to lead our evening operations and ensure the site runs smoothly after management hours.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support wash attendants during evening and night operations. Ensure closing procedures are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment across the wash bay and lot areas. Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with questions or concerns. Monitor equipment and promptly report issues to management. Keep team members productive and motivated throughout the shift. Secure the premises at the end of the day, including locking gates and verifying systems are properly shut down. Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting tasks as needed (training provided).

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility. Reliable transportation to and from work. Full-time availability (3PM - 12AM, including weekends and holidays as needed). Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with both team members and customers. Leadership skills with the ability to maintain team productivity and morale. Basic mechanical or tool-handling experience is an asset (willingness to learn is key).
