Join our hospitality team as a Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent. In this role, you will oversee overnight operations, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries with enthusiasm, and maintain the integrity of our hotel's financial records.
Duties
Welcome guests warmly during late-night hours, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while providing accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Manage line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls efficiently to appropriate departments.
Conduct the nightly audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating guest accounts, and preparing reports for management review.
Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including cash handling, billing adjustments, and reservation modifications to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality management skills.
Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, preparing reports, and managing guest correspondence during overnight hours.
Qualifications
Experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially in front desk or night audit positions.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Excellent communication skills

Pay: $28.19 per hour
