Night Audit
The Basics:
Respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.

Specific to the Night Audit position, we rely on you to:
Take pride in the product: Give guests a positive first impression of the hotel and amenities
Take initiative: Gather customer feedback and generate ideas that improve the guest experience
Strive for improvement: Positively accept and provide job-related feedback, work to exceed guest expectations and individual goals
Be the main contact for all guests as well as be the building supervision over night.
Run Night Audit duties and preform reports with accuracy
