Key Responsibilities
Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial reports
Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests
Monitor property security and maintain a safe environment
Prepare daily reports for management
Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
Handle minor troubleshooting or escalations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Basic accounting or cash-handling skills a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Comfortable using property management software (training provided)
Schedule
2 night shifts per week
Overnight hours (typically 11pm-7am or similar; confirm upon interview)
Must be available for occasional holiday or weekend coverage if needed
