Summary

We are seeking a Night Audit / Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at South Beach Casino & Resort in Canada. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring financial accuracy in front desk operations.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.

Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date. Process payments accurately and manage cash handling procedures. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide concierge services by recommending local attractions and dining options. Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times. Perform end of day accounting functions, including reconciling daily receipts, processing guest payments and preparing financial reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.

Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel environment is preferred. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude towards guest interactions.
