The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

The Network Infrastructure Learning Services team defines and builds the learning portfolio supporting our customers, partners and employees. This team is responsible for Nokia's flagship IP/MPLS certification program, the Service Routing Certification Program and many other learning programs such as the Optical Network Certification Program, the Data Center Fabric and Nuage networks learning portfolios.

The Nokia Network Infrastructure Learning Services team seeks a talented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities and deliverables to support this strategic service portfolio.

As part of our team, you will:
  • Written exam and lab exam management
  • define, manage the written exam experience within ExamStudio
  • setup exams within ExamStudio
  • publish exams through PearsonVue
  • coordinate exam trials (pilots and betas) with internal communities and as required with external parties
  • develop lab exam schedules based on forecasts, lab and proctor availability
  • evolve as needed the Lab Exam proctor requirements and processes
  • proctor lab exams as required
  • ensure lab exam results communications are delivered and meet SLA requirements
  • provide detailed reports on lab exam activity
  • Content editing, illustration development coordination and courseware management
  • Evolve as needed Learning Services editorial requirements
  • Provide light copy editing of Learning Service courses, exams and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate the LS course content look n'feel polishing (ensuring templates and Nokia brand guidelines are followed) and light copy editing (spelling, grammar and punctuation)
  • Coordinate the LS illustration development work with third parties
  • ensure illustrations follow Nokia standards
  • Courseware management - Course publishing activity with the Learning Management System (CSOD) and NI LS courseware ordering tool
  • Support special content requests
  • Sharepoint site management
  • Provide access to stakeholders as needed
  • Folder structure setup and maintenance
  • Provide operational support for our Academic Partners such as
  • Distribute course content
  • Ensure lab access is setup
  • Deliver required reports
Your skills and experience

You hold either a Bachelor degree in one of the following domains
  • Administration/Management
  • English - Communications
You have:
  • excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • editorial experience with technical content
  • written exam and practical lab exam delivery experience
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Power BI/Tableau or Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced PPT skills
