Ce que vous ferez :
Collaborer avec les equipes de CDW dans la creation et la livraison de documents contractuels a nos clients.
Rediger, reviser et negocier les ententes de non-divulgation, les enonces de travail, les modifications et les ententes-cadres conformement aux lignes directrices et aux procedures de negociation de contrats des diverses entites du secteur public.
Examiner les conditions generales des demandes de propositions (appels d'offres, appels d'interets, etc.) et identifier les enjeux.
Enregistrer et faire le suivi des accords de confidentialite, des travaux d'entreprise, des avenants et d'une panoplie d'autres accords au sein d'un outil de gestion contractuelle.
Identifier et categoriser les risques, vulgariser l'impact sur l'entreprise et demander les approbations necessaires.
Fournir la formation et les conseils requis aux diverses parties prenantes concernant les modalites du contrat, les procedures d'examen des contrats et les strategies de negociation.
Traiter les problemes lies aux contrats au fur et a mesure qu'ils se presentent, avec un echelon d'escalade approprie.
Proposer et aider a l'elaboration d'outils pour l'amelioration des processus contractuels et de la documentation.

Competences requises :
5+ ans d'experience en gestion de contrats avec de solides connaissances en redaction, revision et negociation de contrats, d'enonce des travaux et d'autres documents connexes
Pleinement bilingue
Solides competences analytiques et capacite de reconnaitre et d'aborder les opportunites et les risques juridiques d'un point de vue commercial
Excellentes competences en communication verbale et ecrite, ainsi qu'une maitrise approfondie des termes juridiques et de sa vulgarisation
Capacite d'interagir efficacement avec des collegues a differents niveaux de l'organisation et au sein de differents axes de services
Maitrise des outils de gestion du cycle de vie des contrats

Experience souhaitee :
Baccalaureat en droit (droit civil de preference) et membre du Barreau du Quebec
Experience dans les contrats de l'industrie informatique

Reporting into the Head of Contract Negotiations, the Senior Contract Negotiator reviews, drafts and negotiates a variety of customer-facing agreements. The Senior Contract Negotiator will also be the primary point of contact for internal and external communications regarding the agreements. In addition to these primary duties, the Senior Contract Negotiator maintains information within a contract management tracking database to streamline production and ensure prompt delivery of contractual documents.
What you will do:
Collaborate with CDW teams in creating and delivering contractual documents to our customers.
Drafts, edits and negotiates NDAs, SOWs, amendments, and master agreements according to departmental contract negotiation guidelines and procedures
Reviews RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFSQ, etc.) terms and conditions, and identifies issues
Logs and tracks NDAs, SOWs, amendments, and other agreements within a contract management tracking database
Identifies and categorizes risks, explains impact to the business and seeks approvals
Provides training and guidance to relevant stakeholders regarding contract terms, contract review procedures, and negotiation strategies
Addresses contract-related issues as they arise, with appropriate escalation
Proposes and assists with the development of tools for the enhancement of contractual processes and documentation
What we expect of you:
Must Have
5+ years of contract management experience with strong knowledge in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, SOWs, and other related documents
Fully bilingual in both official languages
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize and address both business and legal opportunities and risks
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a comprehensive command of legal terms and phrasing in both official languages
Ability to effectively interact with coworkers at different levels of the organization and within different departments
Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor's degree in law (civil law preferred) and licensed with the Barreau du Quebec
Experience in IT contracts
Experience with public sector procurement rules and contracting

Salaries are based on a 40-hour workweek and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.
Pay range: $74,000 - $102,800, depending on experience and skill set
