Wheaton GMC Buick Cadillac Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Saskatoon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and who is looking to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about all products
• Maintain a positive team environment
• Work closely with the dealership\'s management team to set and achieve sales targets and manage inventory levels
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive Sales or Management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
