Duties
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Engage in the overall management of New and Used Inventories.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits.
Oversee business development initiatives to identify new markets and growth opportunities.
Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in negotiation, technical sales, and customer engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Auto sales,.
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and analyzing data.
Exceptional analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
