We are a independent locally owned Dealership with a very rare opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving growth targets. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and foster a culture of excellence. Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking. Manage all accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's technical sales skills and product knowledge. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining strong relationships. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

Proven experience in Automotive sales, preferably within the OEM environment. Previous experience working with New and Used vehicles. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective sales management. Exceptional analytical skills to assess market data and drive informed decision-making. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
