Convert innovation into design to accelerate AI capacity deployment using scalable packages, tech roadmaps, and construction-ready documentation. Lead pilot programs to define success criteria, test plans, and strategize measurement & verification (M&V), as well as execute site and lab pilots to validate performance, safety, maintainability, and operability; synthesize results into go/no go recommendations. Develop functional performance test procedures and integrated systems testing for new technologies; support factory witness tests, site commissioning, and beneficial use/turnover activities. Lead risk and safety checks such as HAZOP/FMEA for new systems ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC); author method statements, safework procedures, and emergency response scenarios.
