Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as a New Patient Advocate. This role combines sales and patient engagement, helping prospective patients understand the benefits of chiropractic care and guiding them through their first steps toward wellness.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for new patients, creating a positive and professional experience. Educate prospective patients on chiropractic care and present care plans. Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and long-term patients. Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates. Track leads and patient interactions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly new patient acquisition goals. KPI reporting, scheduling and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:

Must have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare (preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about health and wellness. Comfortable using scheduling and CRM software.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $2,000.00-$5,000.00 per month
