Role Overview



Dunsire Developments is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Home Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling homes within our new home communities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service.

Responsibilities



Actively promote and sell homes within Dunsire Developments' new home communities. Generate and follow-up on leads, qualifying and educating buyers on our products, driving sales volume, and guiding homebuyers throughout the sales process. Provide an exceptional home buying experience by educating the buyer on the community, products and offerings, as well as the overall process, including the design, mortgage, construction and closing processes. Conduct tours of model homes and showcase available inventory. Ensure a successful sales process by educating buyers on site plan, floor plans, features, benefits, and customization options of our homes. Thoroughly understand and be able to explain the Agreement of Purchase & Sale and all related paperwork to potential purchasers. Prepare, review and execute the Agreement of Purchase & Sale, ensuring accuracy of information at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies through a detailed weekly traffic reporting. Provide timely and accurate information to buyers throughout the sales process. Commit to achieving sales related business goals, attending meetings and providing necessary follow-up to ensure a seamless home buying experience. Achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations. Ensure Exceptional Customer Service Performance Goals are met at all times, creating a "WOW" experience for all prospective customers. Maintain pristine presentation of Model Home or Sales Office daily. Be accountable for daily Model Home or Sales Office Opening and Closing, including ensure all supplies are stocked and ready to greet prospective purchasers at all times.

Qualifications



Results oriented with proven track record of converting leads to sales. Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to identify and understand customer's requirements. Excellent customer service skills with a positive demeanor. Business minded, knowledgeable and understands establishing and achieving sales goals and budgets. Previous sales experience in real estate, new home sales, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is an asset. Must be motivated, self-starting, and willing to put in the effort required to succeed. A sense of humor, personable demeanor, and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 + commission.
