We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Administrator to join our team. Duties
Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in home buying.
Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits of new homes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and follow-ups.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Stay informed about market trends and property management practices to better assist clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clientele.
Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
Administrative experience is beneficial for handling paperwork and client records.
