Help Build Dreams: - Guest Experience Specialist at Aspen Creek Designer Homes

Aspen Creek Designer Homes is searching for a motivated and driven sales focused individual to join our growing team! We are a reputable builder known for our high-quality craftsmanship, innovative designs, and exceptional customer service.

Working from our Showhome, as a Sales Associate (We call you a Guest Experience Specialist), you will:

Build Authentic Relationships with potential clients (we call them Guests) and guide them through the homebuying process. Showcase our stunning portfolio of designer homes and highlight the benefits of owning an Aspen Creek home. Understand client needs and preferences to match them with the perfect home or help them customize a plan. Support the Area Sales Manager (we call them New Home Experts) in negotiating sales contracts and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience. Participate in community events and generate leads through effective marketing strategies.

We are looking for someone who:

Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales capacity, preferably within the construction or real estate industry. Has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong client relationships. Excels at communication, both written and verbal, and enjoys presenting information to potential Guests. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and is self-motivated, and thrives on helping Guests move through their decision making process. Has a passion for the building industry and a keen understanding of current design trends. Holds a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (a must for attending appointments and visiting model homes).

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
