Morrison Homes is actively seeking a driven and experienced New Home Sales Area Manager to take full ownership of the sales performance and customer experience within a designated area of our single-family division. In this role, you'll manage the entire sales process, maintain a strong presence in the community, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our high standards. Job Responsibilities
Become fully versed and knowledgeable of Morrison Homes, what we have to offer to our homeowners, and the communities in which we build
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and new homeowners to support business development opportunities
Focus is on raising the standards of the home building experience by offering unparalleled choice quality and service while addressing customers' needs and desires.
Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries in a timely manner
Negotiating the terms of purchase agreements and proposals to close sales
Meet and exceed personal sales targets
Liaise with our various departments to provide excellent personalized customer service.
Exclusively responsible for maintaining detailed homeowner files, marketing materials, and showhome appearance.
Able to work evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
New homes sales experience would be an asset
Self-motivated and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with sensitive situations in a discreet and respectful manner and able to work with confidential information
Well organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate the various activities
Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively, take initiative as well as work well within a team environment and actively participate in team meetings
Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend various options available to the customer
Maintain and promote a positive image of Morrison Homes by providing a high calibre of professional service and by dealing with professional communities and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
