Overview

Reporting to the

Sales Manager

, the

Area Sales Manager

will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth operations in their designated territory.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education

(or equivalent experience with strong communication skills).

4+ years of new home sales experience

- You understand the industry and have a proven track record of success.

2+ years of marketing or business development experience

- You contribute to marketing efforts and generate new opportunities.

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday 3:00pm-8:00pm Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm
