About Us
We're a small but mighty tech startup helping families navigate in-home care for their loved ones -- whether that means finding the right support, managing changing needs, or keeping things organized and stress-free. It's real work that matters.
We're early-stage, which means things move fast, roles evolve, and processes aren't always polished (yet). If you're looking for structure, predictability, or a big team with lots of hand-holding -- this probably isn't the place. But if you're hungry, smart, and want to grow fast in a company that's growing just as quickly, keep reading.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of
sales
and
customer success
. You'll talk to customers every single day -- sometimes it's a new family who found us online and wants to learn more. Sometimes it's someone who's been with us for months and needs help navigating a care change.
Your job is to make sure they feel heard, supported, and guided every step of the way. You'll juggle logistics, build relationships, put out the occasional fire, and help people make decisions during some of the most stressful moments of their lives.
It's part relationship-builder, part problem-solver, part air traffic controller.
What You'll Be Doing
Responding to inbound leads through Intercom, phone, and text
Helping families understand what we offer and whether we're the right fit
Onboarding new clients and making sure they feel confident and supported
Acting as the main point of contact for active customers
Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teammates (product, ops, caregivers)
Managing a high volume of communication with empathy and precision
Keeping detailed notes and staying on top of follow-ups
Occasionally stepping into light outbound follow-up or upsell conversations
What You'll Learn
You'll develop real, career-building skills in:
Sales, customer support, and account management
Conflict resolution, communication, and expectation-setting
Operational problem-solving in a high-stakes environment
How startups work behind the scenes (and how much caffeine it takes to keep them running)
Who We're Looking For
A soon-to-be or recent grad (any background -- we care more about hustle than your major)
Someone with experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or other high-communication roles
Strong written and verbal communicator
Empathetic and calm under pressure
Exceptionally organized and great at follow-through
Not afraid of messy problems, moving targets, or fast-changing priorities
Comfortable talking to customers about sensitive or emotional topics
Hungry to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced team
Bonus Points (Not Required)
Experience using Intercom or similar customer messaging tools
Interest in healthcare, caregiving, or the startup world
Bilingual in French or another language spoken by newcomer families
About the Team
We're a small, tight-knit crew of builders, operators, and big-hearted problem-solvers. Everyone here works cross-functionally and has a high degree of ownership. You'll work directly with the person who built the product, the person who runs ops, and the person who hired you (hi!). We care a lot about the families we serve -- and we care just as much about making sure you feel challenged, supported, and excited to show up every day. No ego, no silos, no drama -- just smart people doing meaningful work.
A Real Talk Disclaimer
This isn't a 9-to-5 where you coast on autopilot. It's hard work, with long hours and lots of context-switching. But if you're great at what you do, you'll have huge ownership, real impact, and an accelerated path to grow your career. The bar is high -- but so is the opportunity.
