What You'll Do:

Source small- to mid-sized businesses ready for a better benefits solution. Reach out via phone and email to spark interest. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales advisors. Keep things organized in our CRM and stay on top of follow-ups. Collaborate with teammates and share best practices to hit goals.

What You Bring:

Sales, business development, or cold-calling experience Excellent communication and confidence on the phone Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset Tech-savvy with a love for learning and growing

Level 1

- $47,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $1,200
+

Level 2

- $52,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $1,800
+

Level 3 (Senior)

- $57,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $2,500
