We are Cloudwifi, a different kind of Internet company! We deliver blazing fast Internet and connectivity solutions designed specifically for high-density residential and commercial properties (condominiums, apartments, student residences, office towers, etc.)

We are seeking a Field Technician to join our expanding team in Kitchener, working at various customer sites across the Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding service areas. This role will involve data cabling and termination, installation and replacement of Internet equipment (routers, switches, antennas, access points), as well as the troubleshooting and upgrades/maintenance of already-installed equipment.

NOT NECESSARY BUT BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Working with fibre optic cabling and/or coaxial cable Experience with Cat 6/5 cable and ends Working from heights training and certification Working in construction settings Own data cabling tools Familiarity with networking equipment and troubleshooting
