About the Role

Med-Health Labs is looking for a motivated

Network & Systems Support Engineer

to support and optimize the IT infrastructure across our multiple diagnostic laboratory sites.
This position is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in networking, systems administration, and healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

Document and maintain internal and external network infrastructure. Manage

Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365

environments. Configure and maintain

VPN, SFTP, IIS, and hosting environments

. Set up and manage shared drives, network folders, and permissions. Assist with network performance monitoring and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams; strong communication required. Support medical analyzer connectivity with the

Laboratory Information System (LIS)

. Troubleshoot and repair hardware across multiple remote lab sites (printers, PCs, drivers, analyzers, etc.).

Qualifications

Education:

Degree or diploma in

Network Engineering, Computer Science

, or a related field.

Experience:

0-1 year

of relevant IT or networking experience (internships or co-ops welcome).

Technical Skills:

Windows Server / Active Directory VPN, IIS, SFTP configuration LAN/WAN troubleshooting Basic PC, printer, and peripheral maintenance

Assets (not required):

Certifications such as

CompTIA Network+

or

CCNA

Soft Skills:

Strong communication Problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and across teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
