RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program delivery
• Ensure risks are identified and establish a mitigation plan
• Knowledge of traffic management set ups
• Knowledge of health and safety checks
• Prime interface with key stakeholders
• Provide problem-solving leadership to project team in project scope, timeline, functions, etc.
• Track and report on project progress
• Provide support to the prioritization and escalation process
• Develop / maintain working relationships
• Participate in the development of new processes and improvements to existing ones
• Financial management of assigned projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Background knowledge / working experience with outside plant installation, maintenance, or construction
• Telecommunications background
• Valid G Class Ontario Drivers License (and access to a vehicle)
• Capable of traveling to long-distance work locations (weekly travel requirements)
• Capable / willing to work in various weather conditions
• Project management experience
• Experience coaching and motivating others
• Self directed and motivated individual
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English language skills (oral and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task/time manage/prioritize
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate action
• Demonstrated ability to inspire employee involvement and teamwork

RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S

• Livraison du programme
• S\'assurer que les risques sont identifi\xc3\xa9s et \xc3\xa9tablir un plan d\'att\xc3\xa9nuation
• Connaissance des configurations de gestion du trafic
• Connaissance des contr\xc3\xb4les d\'hygi\xc3\xa8ne et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
• Interface privil\xc3\xa9gi\xc3\xa9e avec les principales parties prenantes
• Fournir un leadership de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de projet dans la port\xc3\xa9e du projet, le calendrier, les fonctions, etc.
• Suivre et rendre compte de l\'avancement du projet
• Fournir un soutien au processus de priorisation et d\'escalade
• D\xc3\xa9velopper/entretenir des relations de travail
• Participer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement de nouveaux processus et \xc3\xa0 l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration de ceux existants

QUALIFICATIONS

• Connaissance de base / exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail avec l\'installation, l\'entretien ou la construction d\'installations ext\xc3\xa9rieures
• Fond de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9communications
• Permis de conduire valide de classe G de l\'Ontario (et acc\xc3\xa8s \xc3\xa0 un v\xc3\xa9hicule)
• Capable de se d\xc3\xa9placer vers des lieux de travail \xc3\xa9loign\xc3\xa9s (exigences de d\xc3\xa9placement hebdomadaires)
• Capable / dispos\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler dans diverses conditions m\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9orologiques
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projet
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience de coaching et de motivation des autres
• Personne autonome et motiv\xc3\xa9e
