Position Summary:
We are seeking a Network Analyst to deliver top-notch design, technical support, and expertise for both our Cloud Network and our Data Centre Networks.

As an essential member of our compact networking team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help manage and maintain our infrastructure, while playing a pivotal role in our ongoing transition to the Cloud. You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to collaborate closely with our Security, Cloud Operations, Data Center Operations, and Database teams.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, robust network solutions.
  • Automate maintenance tasks using scripting/tools creation.
  • Operate and maintain Cloud networking solutions, supporting thousands of devices nationwide.
  • Manage smooth deployment, upgrades, and releases in the Cloud, minimizing service disruption.
  • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, utilizing Terraform and related tools where suitable.
  • Configure and manage ExpressRoute and other commercial cloud network services.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Cloud Teams to implement required security controls, Azure enrollment, and subscription models.
  • Design, manage, and support end-to-end IP connectivity for various services, including Cloud, IP/MPLS, Security, and other IP-based services.
  • Analyze and design secure network solutions for applications and infrastructure and provide expert consultation to internal clients.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards documentation aligned with industry and business requirements.
  • Offer technical consultation and coordination for projects; actively research, design, plan, and evaluate new network technologies to support customer and business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver complex projects effectively.
  • Provide on-call support for escalated problem resolution.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in taking on new responsibilities and assignments as needed.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and trends in networking and pursue opportunities for personal development and knowledge enhancement.

Required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Networking Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient with network automation scripting.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Network architecture, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Technical expertise in the virtual infrastructure domain.
  • 2+ years of Linux System or Network administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.





Additional Desirable Qualifications
:
  • CCNP R&S, CCNP DC, and CCDP certifications are considered strong assets.
  • Experience with Palo Alto VM series firewalls in Azure.
  • Python scripting experience, preferably for network automation.
  • Experience configuring networking components of Cloud, including network segmentation, firewall rules, routing, NAT, and load-balancers.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting BGP and OSPF.
  • Knowledge in network security technology, including IPSEC, SSL, NAT, PAT, VPN, and Firewall, etc.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols and their applications and characteristic behaviors with the ability to analyze and resolve production issues in a timely fashion, including the analysis of trace data and network flows.
  • Experience with Zscaler, ZPA, ZIA.
