This role is pivotal in assisting with the integration of NetSuite into our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on NetSuite experience, particularly in implementation, and will play a key role in defining workflows and roles within the NetSuite system to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Integration:

• Lead and assist in the final stages of NetSuite integration, ensuring all components are properly aligned with the company\'s financial processes and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues or system discrepancies.
• Coordinate with external consultants, if applicable, to facilitate smooth integration and implementation.
• Workflow Definition:

• Collaborate with the finance team to define and document roles, responsibilities, and workflows within NetSuite.
• Analyze current processes and workflows to recommend and implement best practices within the NetSuite environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and user guides for NetSuite functionalities.
• Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to finance team members on NetSuite functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert for NetSuite, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization within NetSuite.
• Stay current with NetSuite updates and new features, integrating them into the existing system as appropriate.
• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure NetSuite integration aligns with broader organizational goals and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on integration progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

• Proven experience with NetSuite implementation and integration, including hands-on configuration and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is highly desirable.
• Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial processes and workflows, and how they can be optimized within NetSuite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support team members.
• Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant) are a plus.
• Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
