What You Will Be Doing

As the Technical Team Lead, you will:

Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Architect, design, and develop scalable backend and frontend systems using .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular. Drive technical delivery through sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution. Set and enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps. Build robust APIs and microservices to support our payment application ecosystem. Translate business requirements into production-ready solutions in partnership with Product, QA, and Architecture teams. Drive continuous improvement in codebase health through reviews, refactoring, and technical debt management. Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, and S3. Implement secure, scalable, and resilient architectures with a strong focus on performance and cost-efficiency. Advocate for modern DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or GitHub Actions. Act as a technical escalation point, unblocking team members and supporting career growth. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, document decisions, and promote transparency. Champion Agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Expertise in .NET/C# and ASP.NET Core; experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Blazor. Proven experience with AWS, especially with serverless architecture and microservices. Experience integrating payment gateways, international payment rails, or crypto/blockchain solutions (strong plus). Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and relational/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, DynamoDB). Strong advocate for CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development practices. Demonstrated ability to coach engineers and QA teams, with excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
