About the role

We are seeking an ATG Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle ATG Commerce, Endeca Search, ATG Tools, and Java/J2EE technologies. A strong understanding of the typical eCommerce landscape and related integrations--such as tax services, Akamai, and payment gateways--is essential. Familiarity with tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, and Agile development methodologies is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

ATG Commerce Technical lead is responsible for L2/L3 support (incident and problem management) for a Retail Ecommerce client and is accountable for working with client team and offshore support team to meet the agreed service levels.

As the liaison between the business and support team ensures the understanding of business problems to reach the ultimate technical solution that fixes business issues.

Proficient and hands-on experience with ATG Commerce Platform Endeca Search ATG Tools and Java/J2EE technologies.

Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to Incident management Problem Management and handing service requests is needed.

Digital Commerce domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage.

Provide on call support during off business hours.

What you need to have to be considered

Proficient in knowledge and hands on experience of Oracle ATG platform and tools.

Experience with Oracle Endeca Search and Experience Manager

Strong in Java and J2EE technologies

Experience in ecommerce domain

Knowledge of typical ecommerce landscape and the integrations such as tax service Akamai Payment integrations etc.

Knowledge of tools such as AppDynamics Splunk would be a value add.

Knowledge of Agile tools and development methodology

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between

$83.500 - $95.500

depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
