Arobas personnel is looking for a .Net Developer Power BI for a permanent with one of our clients located in Montreal.

*100% Remote or Hybrid mode with 1 day/week in the office*

What does your day to day look like?

• We are looking for a strong .Net Developer PowerBI who is a self-starter, eager to learn new tools and product and who is flexible and has ability to work within an environment that is fast paced and with a distributed team.
• Acts as .Net Developer PowerBI in product development projects to deliver high performance SaaS products to market

• Full Stack Developer with experience in Azure a plus.
• Experience working with ASP.NET Web Forms, Windows Services, and .NET Core.
• Work with application that is a mix of ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6.
• .NET Windows Services, multi-threaded processes
• Experience using Unit Test Frameworks and Test Driven Design
• Experience working with Microservices a plus.
• Experience with React JS a plus
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Create and Update tables and index
• Create and Update stored procedures for application as well as complex queries for reports.
• Knowledge of using SSAS and DAX queries a plus
• Advance experience with PowerBI

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required.
• Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
• Minimum 4 years MIS or computer science experience with increasing responsibility in QA and/or telecommunications experience.

• Ability to deliver quality results in a busy, fast paced and dynamic team-oriented environment
• Identifies potential project technical risks and develops plans to mitigate them
• Excellent trouble shooting skills, perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation.
• Passionate about processes and methodology
• React well and quickly to frequent project demands and requirement changes with flexibility to juggle multiple projects and requests as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Test automation experience and setting up a CI and CD environment
• Knowledge of one scripting and/or high level language is a plus: C# (preferred), Python, Shell, PowerShell
• Working with remote teams

• Experience with Microsoft development languages and tools. (.NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Managed Services)
