Overview:
Our client in Regina, SK is looking for a Development, Maintenance, and Support resource for an initial 15-month contract till March 31, 2025, reference SX6977, with the option for 4 x 1 yr renewals. This is an onsite role with occasional travel in the province and the successful candidate(s) must be currently residing in the Regina area or be willing to relocate to the area for the duration of the contract. Our client is seeking an AMS Support, Maintenance, and Development resource. The resource must have a minimum 5 years of recent and practical experience using C# .Net. and a minimum of 5 years experience with Cherwell.

What you will be doing:

Work within the Digital, Technology and Security \xe2\x80\x93 Application Management and Support (AMS) team.

Have the ability to work as part of a larger team as well as independently;

Have proven ability to switch focus quickly, learn new skills as required, and effectively prioritize work items, with minimal direction

Have the ability to troubleshoot and work through complex technical issues;

Develop and maintain good documentation;

Have proven ability to transfer knowledge;

Participate in and perform code reviews;

Mentor junior and intermediate resources;

Identify and assist in the coordination of ongoing maintenance tasks, i.e., application and database server upgrades;

Work as a project team member in required technical roles including operational acceptance lead ensuring that projects delivered are transitioned to Operations effectively;

Work closely with business and other Digital, Technology, and Security team members on a dayto-day basis to address production support issues as well as changes and enhancements to existing applications;

Follow established change management processes.

What you must have:

Must have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using C# .Net;

Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience integrating with Web API\xe2\x80\x99s (REST, SOAP, XML and JSON);

Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing modern Web API\xe2\x80\x99s;

Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing web applications using Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript;

Must have a minimum of five (5) years database scripting experience using SQL Server 2012 or higher;

Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Cherwell development and integrations;

Resource will be required to work and be located full time on-site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, SK

The proposed Senior Resource candidate will preferably have the following skills listed below:

Have a minimum of five (5) years development and integration experience with modern Web APIs (SOAP and XML);

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Python;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience configuring and deploying applications in Internet Information Services (IIS) 10 or greater;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Microsoft Azure Administration, including DevOps;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Microsoft Graph;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Apple Xcode;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Fiddler;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Postman;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in PowerShell Scripting;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in SQL Server Integration Services;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Android Application Management;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in iOS Application Management;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in macOS;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in BizTalk 2016 or higher Administration and Development;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in PowerBuilder 2019R3 or higher;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Cherwell Administration 10.4.3 or higher (Service Management & Ticketing);

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Oracle Access Manager Administration;

Have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using ESRI ArcGIS online;

Have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, artifacts);

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with either Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code, including Test Tools;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience load testing and performance tuning;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using git;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 or higher;

Have a minimum of five (5) years database scripting using Oracle 10g or higher (including Queriers, Store Procedures, Data Modeling);

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Oracle SQL Developer;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Windows Server 2016 or higher;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Active Directory Integrations;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Jira administration and integrations;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with IFS integrations;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Workday integrations;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing and maintaining documentation;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience performing code reviews;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience working as a project team member in required technical roles including operational acceptance lead ensuring projects delivered are transitioned to operations effectively;

Have a minimum of five (5) years experience addressing production support issues, changes and enhancements, and coordination of ongoing maintenance tasks (i.e., application and database server upgrades).

Have a recognized bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or technical diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
