Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager supporting our Physician Talent Community. In this position, you will be a leader who informs strategic decisions regarding program development and strategies to ensure success and workforce sustainability to meet the organizations and provinces healthcare service delivery mandate.

Who you are

You have a worked in a management position for a minimum of 3 years combined with a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration or a related field. You have experience in recruitment, health care and change management. You have a working knowledge of recruitment marketing and sales techniques. You have an advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications.

You can travel provincially, nationally, and internationally, sometimes on short notice.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

What you will do

• Lead development and implementation of Talent Acquisition Strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Partner with directors, senior executives, and other key stakeholders to analyze workforce analytics, business goals and operations to identify hiring targets.
• Drive Talent Acquisition results through the establishment of key metrics and KPIs that maintain accountability, reduce costs, improve quality and operational efficiency, with a focus on levers that enable continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations of Physician Talent Community team.
• Develop and implement initiatives based on evidence-based workforce planning data, industry best practice and innovation.
• Implement projects using Horizon\xe2\x80\x99s established project planning tools including project charters and project deliverables.
• Manage communications through the development of communication plans and key messaging utilizing multiple communication mediums e.g., Skyline, social media, email, etc.
• Program owner for the employer brand to ensure brand consistency and evolution to support workforce sustainability.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on subject matter expertise to the organization.
• Champion change to motivate and achieve desired deliverables.
• Liaison with external partners as required.
