Edelman Canada has an opportunity for you to join as Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the full cycle recruitment process for designated levels across Canada. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will act as a subject matter expert in advising our hiring managers, representing our brand in the marketplace, and providing an exceptional candidate experience as we seek out top talent for our organization. This position will also play a key role in support and execution of programs and projects aligned to our overall business strategies. \

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment for a variety of entry to mid-level roles within the organization (job posting creation, social sharing, sourcing, screening, presenting recommendations to Hiring Managers, scheduling interviews, administration of candidate evaluations, preparing offers, negotiating offers, recruitment administration)
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking System; Lever, for all recruitment activity. Ensure candidates are reviewed, dispositioned, and recorded in ATS for future reference
  • Support strategic talent initiatives linked to DEI
  • Ad hoc and regular reporting and analytics through Lever and LinkedIn
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through in person, phone, and video interviews
  • Proactively create pipelines of external candidates for key and frequently open positions
  • Provide advice, guidance, and regular, proactive updates to internal and stakeholders regarding all talent acquisition activities
  • Build strong relationships across the business, with external networks including schools and both applicants and prospect talent pools
  • Attend networking events, career fairs and play an active role providing in house events
  • Maintain an online and social media presence to represent Edelman and create dialogue with prospective hires
  • Continuously seek opportunity to advance your skills through continued education, getting involved in projects, attending seminars and webinars
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years full cycle recruitment experience; preferably in a corporate setting
  • Post-secondary education preferred with a focus in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline
  • Organized, attentive to details, and able to juggle multiple tasks with competitive deadlines
  • Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Lever
  • Preference given to those with previous experience in a Marketing and Communications, Public Relations or Advertising agency
  • Proven track record of sourcing candidates and filling roles ideally across Canada
  • Must be able to lead communications in various settings, including meetings, through document development, emails, online postings and in presentations
  • Proficiency working in MS Office - Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
