In essence, you will be an extension of the lender at FCT.HERE\xe2\x80\x99S HOW YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Maintain lender relationships by meeting with assigned lenders on a regular basis to understand their business and ensure we proactively present solutions. Work with our lender partners to determine pain points and align solutions to address.
  • Identify and build relationships with key customer stakeholders. Exhibit subject matter behavior and knowledge to create trust and comfort with customers by demonstrating knowledge about FCT, the industry and about the customer\xe2\x80\x99s processes and business. Knowledge, influencing abilities and responsiveness are key.
  • Ensure effective implementation and communication of new launches/initiatives with both internal and external business partners and customers from initiation of the launch to the post-launch activities. You will work closely with all stakeholders, collaborating to ensure that all requirements will be fulfilled and all stakeholders are tracking with the deliverables and applicable expectations are being set.
  • Drive, participate/contribute and implement lender initiatives/launches
HERE\xe2\x80\x99S WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING:
  • 5-7 years related work experience within a mortgage, lending or real estate field
  • Post-secondary education, law clerk/paralegal training is a definite asset
  • Specialized knowledge of the practices, procedures and technologies that are directly related to mortgage and real estate functions with a well-developed knowledge of the various products involved
  • Passionate about customer centricity with a creative problem-solving mindset
  • Very strong planning, organization and project management skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of an organization (internal and external)

Travailler avec nos partenaires pr\xc3\xaateurs pour d\xc3\xa9terminer les irritants et harmoniser les solutions afin d\xe2\x80\x99y rem\xc3\xa9dier.
  • Rep\xc3\xa9rer et \xc3\xa9tablir des relations avec les principaux intervenants des clients. Adopter un comportement d\xe2\x80\x99expert en la mati\xc3\xa8re et faire preuve de connaissances en ce sens pour instaurer un climat de confiance et d\xe2\x80\x99aisance avec les clients en d\xc3\xa9montrant ses connaissances sur FCT, l\xe2\x80\x99industrie et les processus et les activit\xc3\xa9s du client. Les connaissances, la capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99exercer une influence et la r\xc3\xa9activit\xc3\xa9 sont des \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments essentiels.
  • Assurer la mise en \xc5\x93uvre et la communication efficaces des nouveaux lancements ou des initiatives r\xc3\xa9centes avec les partenaires d\xe2\x80\x99affaires internes et externes et les clients, du d\xc3\xa9but du lancement aux activit\xc3\xa9s qui suivront celui-ci. Vous travaillerez en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes, en veillant \xc3\xa0 ce que toutes les exigences soient satisfaites, que tous les intervenants fassent le suivi des livrables et que les attentes applicables soient d\xc3\xa9finies.
  • Diriger et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre les initiatives/lancements des pr\xc3\xaateurs et y participer/contribuer.

  • De cinq \xc3\xa0 sept ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail dans un domaine li\xc3\xa9 aux pr\xc3\xaats hypoth\xc3\xa9caires, aux pr\xc3\xaats ou \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99immobilier.
  • \xc3\x89tudes postsecondaires; formation de technicien juridique/parajuriste, d\xc3\xa9finitivement un atout.
  • Connaissance sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9e des pratiques, des proc\xc3\xa9dures et des technologies directement li\xc3\xa9es aux fonctions hypoth\xc3\xa9caires et immobili\xc3\xa8res, avec une connaissance approfondie des divers produits vis\xc3\xa9s.
