About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

National Business Development Manager

to lead growth initiatives across Canada in the industrial distribution sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute national business development strategies focused on industrial distribution channels. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across manufacturing, construction, utilities, and logistics sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and distribution partners. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities and customer service standards. Negotiate contracts and close deals with industrial clients and channel partners. Support product launches and market expansion initiatives through client feedback and market analysis. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to inform strategic decisions. Prepare regular reports on pipeline activity, performance metrics, and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within industrial distribution. Strong understanding of industrial products, distribution networks, and B2B sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
