About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and strategic
National Account Manager
to join our growing team at a leading
Master Distributor of sanitation and hygiene cleaning chemicals
across Canada.
In this role, you'll manage key national and regional accounts, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships within the
janitorial, sanitation, and industrial cleaning sectors

What You'll Do
Manage and grow relationships with major national and regional distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in janitorial supply, facility services, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions and seamless execution.
Conduct business reviews and performance analysis with key accounts to align on objectives and growth opportunities.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes in the sanitation and hygiene industry.
Provide market insights to influence product strategy, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
5-7+ years
of B2B sales experience, including
3+ years managing national or key accounts
.
Experience in
distribution, chemicals, janitorial/sanitation, or industrial supplies
industries.
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field
preferred.
Ability to travel across Canada (approx. 10-25%).
